Abestasto School Power Supply Assistance Project in Ethiopia Contracted by China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Co., Ltd. Formally Put into Operation
分分pk10是什么彩票 www.qtl7.net Recently, the first energy assistance project of the global energy internet — Abestasto School Power Supply Assistance Project in Ethiopia contracted by China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Co., Ltd. was formally put into operation. This Project has provided reliable power supply to 200 teachers and students at Abestasto School in Oromia State, Ethiopia, improved the teaching conditions of the school and contributed to addressing the power shortage in surrounding impoverished villages.
This Project was carried out by the Company on EPC conditions, including construction of a 7.5 km 15kV power line and a pole-mounted transformer, installation of service wires for 40 classrooms of primary and secondary schooling and staff quarters, and rehabilitation and new construction of school fences, gates, playground, school rooms and main road. The Project will adopt municipal power supply after being put into operation. Compared with the previous diesel generators, the electric power costs drop by nearly 80%, and advanced teaching tools such as computers will also enter the classrooms.
